​Each week we explore the current energetic themes and how they may be influencing our lives. You’ll be guided through a gentle meditation to help you connect with your intuition, clear and balance your energy, and receive supportive activations for healing and growth. Our circle is a safe and nurturing space to share experiences, ask questions, and receive insight on your spiritual path. We also include simple intuitive exercises to strengthen inner awareness and support ongoing expansion.
