Subscribers – Anyone who signs up for any or all of our online and offline features using our defined procedures.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Online Store Terms

Our website, RaisingEnergetics.com, offers you the opportunity to purchase services for online, telephone, and in person sessions. By creating a Raising Energetics account (when required) or book a session or any other Raising Energetics product or service, you agree that e-Commerce is provided as a convenience and Raising Energetics or RaisingEnergetics.com reserves the right to restrict any member from using such service. Any and all new member offers apply to first-time customers who have never made a Raising Energetics purchase. Falsely created accounts will be subject to review and suspension and potential charges as detailed below. You agree that the information you provide us is true, accurate and complete.

Registration, Customer Accounts, Use of Site

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account information, including your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Raising Energetics immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by RaisingEnergetics.com or any other User of the website due to someone else using your PIN or customer account. You may not use anyone else's PIN or customer account at any time. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, assist others in making such attempts or distribute instructions, software or tools for that purpose. Should you attempt to do so, your customer account will be terminated. You agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your billing information as prompted by the registration process. You may not use any automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, probe, test or monitor any portion of the website or any Content. You may not in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the website. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the website or any of the systems or networks comprising or connected to the website. Please note that RaisingEnergetics.com may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to You, terminate your ability to make purchases for any reason or for no reason. Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms

To purchase any goods and/or services on our website, You must be (a) The age of majority or older (b) a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities. Prior to the purchase of any services on our website, You must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization.

If you would like to close or suspend your account, please contact us.

Refunds and Cancellations

Online Courses, Workshops and Digital Recordings

Due to the digital nature of the online courses, workshops and recordings and the detailed description of what is included therein, there are no refunds available once an online program has been purchased.

Workshops/Retreats and Events

Unfortunately, due to the limited number of spots and expenses related to hosting events, we are not able to offer refunds once a spot has been purchased. When available a digital version of the event will be offered to those who don’t attend.

One on One Sessions, In-Person or Online

Cancellations received within 1 day or more in advance of a session may be rebooked at a more suitable time.

Raising Energetics reserves the right to refuse any request for refunds.

Payment is due at time of purchase for the product. There are payment options. If you partially pay towards the total payment and decide not to continue using the subscription, you will lose access and will not receive a refund. (see detailed below)

Payment Plans for Programs and Sessions.

Amount must be paid in full on dates due.

If payments are not made as scheduled, your sessions will be paused, if payment for your program is not received within 15 days, you will lose access to virtual content and sessions will not continue until payment is received.

You will not receive a refund and full payment is expected to regain access and continue working with Raising Energetics.

Missed and/or canceled appointments:

Any appointment made can be rescheduled through your email confirmation of appointment. When you cancel a scheduled appointment, all fees will be credited to your new scheduled appointment.

Repeatedly missing appointments may impact your ability to create future appointments or services. Raising Energetics reserves the right to suspend your ability to use the appointment feature in the event of repeated missed appointment.

Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms

All payments must be made by payment methods offered on our websites through Stripe or Paypal payment portals(each of which may be removed by RaisingEnergetics.com in its sole discretion). Unless expressly set forth on the RaisingEnergetics.com site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, You hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT RaisingEnergetics.com, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify RaisingEnergetics.com of any discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree they will be deemed accepted by You for all purposes. If RaisingEnergetics.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, You agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by RaisingEnergetics.com or its agents.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to provide service. RaisingEnergetics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All payment information must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any purchase.

Promotional Pricing for New Customers

We may, in our sole discretion, offer promotional pricing for New Customers. The details of any promotional pricing will be detailed to you when you open your account. “New Customer” is defined above and applies only to a person who has never before had a service with RaisingEnergetics.com. You agree not to create an account using any fraudulent information and/or for the purpose of obtaining promotional pricing for New Customers if you are not a New Customer. In the event that we detect that you have obtained promotional pricing for New Customers when you were not a New Customer, we reserve the right to charge your payment method for the difference between the promotional price and the amount you would have been charged without the promotional pricing, and you agree to accept such charge. If we are unable to collect the difference using your payment method on file, we reserve the right to invoice you for the difference by sending an invoice to the address associated with your account. In the event that we issue an invoice, we will charge an administration fee of no more than $50 to cover our costs of invoicing you, and the invoice will be due 30 days following issuance. Overdue balances will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum amount allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If you believe you have been offered promotional pricing for New Customers to which you were not entitled (i.e., you were not a New Customer), please contact us and we will correct your account.

Limitation on Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty

Under no circumstances will we be liable to any Subscriber, non-Subscriber, Member or non-Member regarding the use of this Service. Our maximum liability shall be no more than the fee You have paid Raising Energetics (1000155105 ONTARIO INC.), if any.

The User of the website does so at the User's risk. Neither Carey V, Raising Energetics (1000155105 ONTARIO INC.) nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors licensors and/or the like, warrant that any of the websites will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the website or any future websites developed by Raising Energetics nor, as to the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through the website. We do not guarantee that this site or emails from us will be free of viruses or harmful components. THE WEBSITE COULD INCLUDE TECHNICAL OR OTHER INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN; THESE CHANGES WILL BE INCORPORATED IN NEW EDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE.

The website and all of its contents are protected by copyright laws and/or trademarks or other laws. The Raising Energetics service is based in Canada. If you are not located in Canada, by purchasing services from Raising Energetics, you are voluntarily providing your data to Raising Energetics in Canada and are consenting to your data being processed and handled as set out in our privacy policy

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
