Remembering Who We Are ... Supercharged Solstice!

There is a very real energetic shift happening right now — and it’s not subtle.

For months, my guides have been gently but clearly repeating the same message:“The energy is changing. What has been heavy has done its work. A new frequency is coming online.”

What has struck me most is how closely this guidance aligns with what is being spoken about across many traditions — Chinese astrology, numerology, collective astrology cycles, energy medicine, spiritual psychology, and even somatic and nervous-system work. Different languages. Same message.

We are closing one chapter — and stepping into another.

From Chinese astrology, the Year of the Snake has carried us through deep transformation. Snake energy works from the inside out. It sheds skins slowly, intentionally. It asks us to dissolve illusion, soften rigidity, move through fear, and become devoted to what truly matters. It has been about inner growth, healing, self-improvement, and recalibration. This energy is still present during this upcoming cycle and we are still moving through this but, the blend of new higher frequency energy available to us is making this happen faster and easier - this is a window of opportunity.

The last several years have reflected a strong energy of healing, letting go and clearing as this is part of the process of expansion and transformation. Many of us have felt stretched, tender, and at times exhausted — not because we were failing, but because we were being re-patterned.

My guides have described this phase as preparation.A clearing of old timelines.A releasing of outdated identities.A loosening of what once defined us.

And now… the tone is changing.

As we transition into the energy of the Year of the Horse, the frequency shifts from inward transformation to forward movement and embodied truth.

Horse energy brings:

• Freedom and flow

• Clarity and direction

• Courage and leadership

• Sacred wildness and authenticity

• Momentum rooted in alignment, not force

Where Snake asked us to slow down and listen, Horse asks us to move — but from truth.

What’s important is that this energy is not arriving “someday.”My guides have been very clear: the new higher energies of 2026 are already starting - they are here.

Many of us are feeling it now as:

• Increased sensitivity and awareness

• A quicker manifestation cycle

• Emotional releases moving through faster than before

• A stronger pull toward authenticity and purpose

• A sense that “I can’t do things the old way anymore”

These higher frequencies are activating us.

They are stimulating dormant aspects of our awareness, awakening new gifts, and gently nudging us toward higher-frequency versions of ourselves. This isn’t about becoming something new — it’s about remembering what has always been there.

Across many modalities, the same themes are being echoed:

• We are entering a new cycle

• Community, coherence, and connection matter more than ever

• Fear-based systems are losing their grip

• Creation works best through alignment, not struggle

In numerology, we are also stepping into a new nine-year cycle, which further reinforces the sense of beginnings, vision, and expanded potential. Although new beginnings are often associated with the Spring Equinox, energetically, this Winter Solstice feels like a true threshold moment.

The Solstice offers us a sacred pause — a space between cycles — where we can:

• Honour the healing we’ve already done

• Release what no longer needs to be carried

• Receive the gifts and wisdom of the past year

• Open consciously to what wants to come through next

The energies moving in feel electric, fast, and full of possibility. And yes — there is still chaos in the world. Systems are continuing to crumble. But alongside that, there is also tremendous hope.

My guides keep reminding me:“What you focus on, you feed. What you choose, you amplify.”

These higher-vibrational energies give us an unprecedented opportunity to harness creation consciously — to elevate ourselves, strengthen community, deepen love and connection, and open to our own unique gifts coming on stream.

Mother Earth herself is in an ongoing healing and rebalancing process, and as these frequencies accelerate, so does the potential for collective healing — especially when we work with the energies rather than resist them.

We are here now because we are ready.The last nine years have prepared us for this.
