Many of us are feeling it right now.

These are challenging times, and it’s important to acknowledge that. Systems are wobbling. Old structures are cracking. Long-standing paradigms—political, social, economic, and energetic—are being questioned and, in many cases, dismantled. This can feel unsettling, even overwhelming, especially for those who are sensitive to energy or deeply connected to the collective field.
Through my own inner work and guidance from my spiritual team, one of the clearest themes coming forward is this: we are in the midst of a profound rebalancing—between the divine feminine and the divine masculine, both within ourselves and within the world at large.
The Root of the Imbalance
For a long time, the divine feminine—our intuitive, creative, nurturing, connective, and receptive energy—has been undervalued or misunderstood. It has often been dismissed as impractical, emotional, or “too soft,” while the masculine—structure, action, logic, and will—has dominated.
When the masculine energy is overemphasized without the balancing influence of the feminine, it can slip into force, control, and rigidity. This imbalance is not subtle. We see it mirrored everywhere: in environmental strain, in disconnection from one another, in burnout, anxiety, and a collective sense of pushing forward without truly knowing why.
The imbalance we feel internally is reflected externally—and vice versa.
What’s Changing: New Energies Coming Through in 2026
As we move through 2026 and beyond, higher-frequency energies continue to come online. These energies support truth, coherence, and alignment—but they also expose what is no longer sustainable. That means we may still witness untruths being revealed, old systems crumbling, and periods of conflict or upheaval as the old makes way for the new.
This can sound daunting, but here is the hopeful part:these higher frequencies are not here to punish or destabilize us—they are here to support evolution.
They invite us into a more balanced way of being, where the divine feminine and masculine come back into harmony. Creation and structure. Intuition and action. Compassion and clarity. When these energies work together, a new foundation becomes possible—one rooted in love, connection, and cooperation with Mother Earth rather than domination over her.
Making the Transition: Inviting the Divine Feminine Back In
One of the most important aspects of this transition is allowing more divine feminine energy into our lives. This does not mean abandoning action or structure—it means softening into receptivity, presence, and inner listening.
Here are a few gentle ways to support this shift:
Slow down and create space for stillness
Trust your intuition, even when it doesn’t make logical sense
Honour rest, creativity, and emotional truth
Reconnect with the body, the breath, and the natural world
Lead with compassion—toward yourself first
This is a key element of transitioning into what many call fifth-dimensional consciousness: a state of being rooted in greater peace, love, unity, and clarity. It’s less about striving and more about aligning.
Healing as Frequencies Rise
With these new energies coming through, healing and clearing are still very much part of the process—but they’re happening differently now.
As our frequency rises, we don’t need to go searching for wounds or digging endlessly through the past. What needs to be released will naturally come to the surface when we are ready. The higher frequencies gently—but firmly—bring forward anything that cannot be carried into the next phase of our evolution.
Old trauma, stuck patterns, and outdated beliefs simply cannot coexist with higher states of awareness. They surface so they can be acknowledged, loved, and released. This is not a punishment—it’s a liberation.
We are not meant to be perfect beings. We are meant to be loving, forgiving, embodied light beings, learning as we go.
Rebuilding on a New Foundation
As the divine feminine comes back into fuller expression—paired and balanced with the divine masculine—we begin to co-create in a new way. One that honours nature, values connection, and builds structures that are energetically and physically sustainable.
This symbiotic balance supports a more aligned way of living, where we work with life rather than against it. It’s a return to remembering who we are—and why we came here.
